Wider Fitting Shoes

NO major shoe manufacturers show no interest in providing quality footwear assembly (wdth H ') of modern, popular styles, with lightweight materials for Summer use ---- WHY? WE surely - must be in our millions? Does anyone know if the percentage of people with feet wide, is known?
