My neighbor throws too many of his garbage bags in my wheelie bin. What can I do? I moved into this house a year ago and get along well with my neighbors, but I noticed one of my neighbors put their trash bags in my rear wheel. I'm sure he knows I know he's doing because he uses the white trash bags and I only use black garbage bags, and I noticed the same in his bin bags too. Last Friday, he forgot to put his trash and that is why it took three of his bags in my garbage bin and a Dominoes pizza box, clearly indicating the name and address on the sticker.
I cannot tolerate this, where will I put my waste to Friday now, tanks already full. I am not afraid to make him that rare moments that my tank was always empty, but it is just enjoying now. So, what can I do? Is it useful to complain to the Council? He cannot even deny the fact that garbage is not his because I can prove it through the pizza box and garbage bag.
Hello - I would be upset by this, especially if I did not have room for my waste, I personally would like a quiet polite word saying that you know he has used your tank and you do not mind if he asked first. its fair to say that I can not waste any of my say also that you want no bad feelings. If this does not work or it becomes funny with you, then I would certainly put a complaint to the Council.
Maybe put a sticker saying "No garbage unwelcome, please. Or, try to establish the Council.
I doubt you can do little about this though.
Good luck.

If there is waste in your bin, you must put your waste bin HIS. If he asks why you do, tell him why. He might get the message, then.
Stretch your region bin and the movie he dumped its waste in your bin. Then the report to Council. You can also put a padlock and chain around the tank so it can not open the lid.
ask him politely to stop putting waste in your tank and if he continues to do so, empty the garbage cans he has put in your recycling bin at his door. complains if you out of trouble do you ask him to stop.
You can not move the tank everywhere it would be difficult to access.
Then, take the trash as close as you can for the time of collection.
Do not complain to the council immediately. Have a conversation with your neighbor first. If this does not work right, then the time to get in touch with the Council. x
Take the garbage, put your rubbish and his eligibility for the next garbage bin. If he says something, then just tell him that you can not use your tank because it is complete. Maybe you could come to an arrangement whereby he took the bins full every week and he can use any space left to yours for his excesses.
I'd do the same thing .... take your garbage and put it beside his own tray, and then put your garbage in your trash. It is yours and it does not do business. Tell him that he obviously needs to get in touch with the Council and request another bin.
