Towelling Slippers

Did the government forget the small items, toilet paper, chopsticks, combs, towels, slippers, soap for 5 million people live in tents these days?

personal hygiene issue because the transmission of the disease? Where can we both take a shower or wash their clothes? I do not see them on television.

To be honest, I think they just did and the victims of Hurricane Kat, they did not shower, toliet paper, combs, etc. or a knife and fork for days.
