Shoes For Sensitive Feet

I have fungus on my toenails and I'm treating it, the doctor recommended shoes that are 100% leather, I've tried but do not feel comfortable or do not know if what I I bought is 100% leather vendors told me it was Italian leather, anyone know where I can buy medical shoes are comfortable and designed specifically for sensitive feet here in the States, or stores that sell leather shoes 100%?
