Roller Skating Birthday Party

My friend knows that I have crutches, and she still asked me to come to his birthday party roller skating. We have been friends since I moved here as a small child, but she did not come to my birthday this year. I want to go make my day with friends, but I'd be bored and not wanting to inconvenience anyone so they can sit with me for the party. I do not know what I'd do, I can not leave my crutches behind or I'll fall, and I can not go without feeling guilty.
