The Roller Derby QE-747 inline something? Are they comforatable and fast? I have no experiance with them, but I will leave descriptions on the line.
The 747 looks pretty good recreational skates. They have a good frame and wheels of reasonable size (Labeda is a good brand of wheel).
If you want speed, you can also compare the Roller Derby skates Lamond (link below). If you compare the two runners, you will notice that the Lamond 90mm wheels instead of 80 (roll easier and faster, more stable at high speed) and the boot is cut shorter (faster you want to go, the more flexibility to start). The site says "racing", but they are more commonly called "fitness" skates. 4x90 is an arrangement of fitness together.
If you're new to inline skating, skates fitness may be less favorable and a bit harder to turn / stop the departure of the line entertainment but it is reasonable to learn. I would not recommend running shoes for a beginner.
I have given you some links online, but seriously advise you to buy locally if possible. Fit and comfort are highly dependent on the shape of your feet. Many companies have different access to their recommendation and fitness skates with the ability to be better able to skate up to the same size.
You want the shoe to fit tight around the foot without pinching on the toes. Then, the pad can act as an extension of your feet.
If you are a beginner, do not forget to get a helmet and wrist guards. Those are the two most critical blocks of the probability and severity of injuries and pain from a fall (it will happen, especially if you want to go fast).
A bicycle helmet standard works. As the pads, you want the smallest you. Everything will turn him over if you hit your head (not good).
Knee and elbow pads depend more on your level of comfort. The knees are also likely to scratch when you fall.
