Prom Heels

Well I have a dress for prom navy strapless knee length, front and floor length to the rear, it also has a large white bow at the back .. Should I get tapes or black heels ... ?

I would say that the money because if u wear black dress with a dark color, but it may conflict u could try both and choose what you prefer or u could jeopardize Sumthing with black and silver

If she has not had a white arc on the subject, I would say black with some smoked black / dark blue eyes makeup, but because of the black bow in her place would look rather than go with the dress.

I'd say the shoes of money, certainly, but not brilliant as they should be very light and flat enough money to move the white arc. Or go for white / ivory shoes, those of the silk can be! They stand out:) x
