Perfect Soles

What are my feet? Perfect tips (you can include split soles on these im curios)?
I wear 37 1 / 2 (Europe) in the skin of my second toe is the same as the first (long), round toe, medium profile, skinny ankle, toes long, medium kick ... plese tell me what is my foot, like (I mean the model or other) and what kind of shoes should I wear Pointe (with details please) Thanks
