Thus, on the 18th day of December, we will have our Christmas party. My mother insisted I wear a formal evening dress [To be precise, it is above knee high and it is] coupled with a gold gladiator sandals, high heels. Are things match? is "formal" dress like a summer dress? it sounds like this is not for me, so do not wear heels. find your heels simple golden color stand out. :)

No, do not do that. Just wear a pair of black heels, or gold, or red .. you can really do a lot of colors, if it's just a light gold dress.

I do not think so. You'd be better with gold pumps, or if it was me, I would wear a strappy sandal with gold stiletto four inches. But wearing a heel that you are able to manage.

I think it will look good, I wear my mums Christmas, but my dress is black and I'll wear a lot of pearls and heels with her gladiator.
