Recruitment Process

  Employment Analysis

The good start to a recruiting effort is to develop an analysis of employment, to document the requirement of actual or intended task. This information is entered in a job description and provide the recruiting effort with the limits and objectives of the research. Often a company will have job descriptions that represent a collection of historical work done in the past. These descriptions should be revised or updated before a recruitment effort to reflect the requirements of today. Starting with an analysis of recruitment of the specific job and the job description provides the recruiting effort begins with a proper track for success.

Sourcing

Sourcing is to 1) advertising, a common part of the recruitment process, often encompassing multiple media, such as the Internet, general newspapers, newspaper job advertisements, trade publications, advertisements, window employment centers , and graduate recruitment programs on campus, and 2) recruitment research, which is proactively identifying relevant talent who may not respond to job postings and other recruitment advertising.
