Firstly, please understand that anyone can use the name Webster on a dictionary. Therefore, we could have asked Webster's. Although not answer your question, I did my research, I prefer the Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary. I have used many dictionaries, including dictionaries you mentioned, and I found the Cambridge Dictionary of International Dictionary "is the best. I love her and I always use.

I do not know exactly, but I read somewhere that Webster was pubished by Oxford University Press. So, the difference may be very low.

To be honest, I do not want to use. I always go first dictionary Chambers.
