I HATE FLATS! They are not flattering to anyone, even six foot models.
A woman must be a woman! It should be comfortable in heels. Plus she wears, the more she will learn to be comfortable, the more she realized a woman's body looks better in heels (because of his posture, etc.), and will not avoid wearing flats.
Of course, if you will be working on .. should be the only time you wear flat shoes as a woman.

something like the picture above can be worn 24 / 7. Most women are able to do so, as the heels are not too thin and not too big ... unless of course you have more weight and you must carry your weight ...
