The identification of this snake? White with brass rings brown /.? Yesterday, my mother found a snake in our barn. She said he was white, pure white shiny, which seemed almost green in the lights, with brown rings well defined copper do not touch. It was also smaller, perhaps a minor and did not seem aggressive even though it was certainly not to pick it up. She swears she looked like a python or boa constrictor. I have doubts about this, but unfortunately I did not see her and she did not get a photo of him.
We live in Texas if that helps, which means it could be a python of some sort that someone loose. It certainly was not a rattlesnake, water moccasin or any kind of rat, chicken or king snake that we are familiar. The barn is very close to a pond that we have seen our fair share of these. This may be a kind of corn snake?
I spent most of the morning to search Yahoo and Google have not come up with something that resembles his description. Let me know if you need more details, I can do and thanks!
