Heeled Sandals

I have a pair of sandals with heels. They are not quite big enough to be heels, but they still have a heel on them. Would they look ridiculous and trashy with shorts? If I want to wear them with dresses and skirts?

Well considering you said they are not quite big enough to be heels, I think it would be good to wear with shorts. But bearing in mind they are heels, I'd probably stick to shorts that are too low or too thin cut / tight. If you do wear them with shorts, do not wear a tank top.
