Extra Narrow Shoes

I'm size 7, but my feet are so narrow that any slip on shoes like ballerinas straight drop my feet as soon as I advanced. even buckled shoes often need an extra hole put on the strap for me they secure. I'm 18, so obviously I need to fashion styles. Thank you
