Regarding the fat that clogs arteries - they stay there permanently or do they disappear with exercise? I used to eat lots of junkfood Back to college - burgers, fries, chips, etc. I used a lot of exercise at that time also. Now I eat mainly fish, lean meats and healthier foods, and I always try to maintain my exercise program.
but with all that cholesterol rich food, I used to eat, my arteries permanently? or will exercise and a diet eventually reduced declog?
Thank you!
If you have changed your lifestyle and diet and food, you are allowed. Congratulations for that!
Do not think too much bleeding, you are doing the right things, we must keep it that way!
Yes healthy diet and exercise can help, because your body will eventually use fat.
Regards.
The process is called "atherosclerosis" (it is a complicated process) and while there is an irreversible, much is reversible.
Keep it up!
OMG that's me exactly! and I was wondering the answer too!
To return to a healthy diet may seem a big help if it is not very late ... Keep it going ...
